Writing · Worldbuilding · Illustration
Some stories begin with a fully imagined world. Others begin with a creature, a place, a character, or simply the feeling that there is something more waiting beneath the surface.

I work with authors, publishers, game creators, and other storytellers who are looking for another imaginative mind to bring into that process. Through worldbuilding, folklore and creature development, narrative writing, and illustration, I help explore the connections that allow an idea to grow into something that feels lived-in, storied, and alive.

About the Storyteller
I’m Lindsey Saoirse, a writer, illustrator, and worldbuilder working primarily in folklore-driven fantasy. My work combines narrative, mythology, creature development, and naturalist-inspired illustration to create worlds that feel discovered rather than simply invented.

I’m particularly drawn to the imaginative work that happens between the pieces of a story: discovering what people might believe about an unfamiliar creature, what history has collected around an old object, what warnings travelers carry with them, or what stories a landscape might have accumulated over generations. I approach worldbuilding as a process of curiosity and discovery, building outward from these smaller details until a larger mythology begins to take shape.

At the heart of my work is human imagination. I enjoy collaborating with writers, publishers, and independent creators who want another creative mind involved in the development of their worlds—someone to explore possibilities, follow unexpected connections, ask questions, and help uncover the stories already hiding inside an idea.
