Aglitall is a realm of ancient forests, isolated villages, Fae kingdoms, and forgotten places where the old world still lingers. Beyond the familiar roads lie the Shadowfen Woods, the hidden paths of Hydan Grove, and lands shaped by a history most have long since forgotten.

At the heart of the story is Peigin, a half-elven ranger who has spent much of her life belonging fully to neither side of her bloodline. Her path soon becomes entangled with The Rogue, a shadowy figure with secrets of his own, among others whose histories reach further into Aglitall's past than Peigin realizes.

Magic in Aglitall was not always divided. Nature and shadow once belonged to the same ancient source, until something fractured between them. Now the remnants of that power survive in the land, in old bloodlines, and in artifacts whose true purpose has been nearly forgotten.

Not everything beyond the treeline belongs to the mortal world. Dryads guard places few are permitted to enter, old creatures move beneath the forest canopy, and some beings have been touched by shadow for so long that even the oldest stories disagree about what they once were.
